No. Only one account per person is allowed. Creating duplicate accounts violates the 879jl Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balance. If you've lost access to your account, contact support@879jl.best instead of creating a new one.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address and 879jl will send you a reset OTP or link. Follow the instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the message within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support. Make sure your registered mobile SIM is active and has signal.

Log in to your 879jl account and go to Account Settings to update your email address, mobile number, or password. Changes to your registered name or date of birth may require identity verification — contact support@879jl.best with a copy of your government-issued ID to request those changes.

Deposits

Log in to your 879jl account and go to the Deposit section of your wallet. Select GCash as your payment method, enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum ₱100), and follow the on-screen steps. You'll be redirected to a GCash payment page or receive a payment prompt on your GCash app. Once confirmed, funds appear in your 879jl wallet in real time under normal network conditions.

The minimum deposit at 879jl is ₱100 when using GCash or Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment channels may vary slightly — check the deposit page within your account for the exact limits per payment method. All deposits are in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP).

879jl accepts all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Most 879jl deposits reflect instantly. If yours hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, first check your GCash or bank transaction history to confirm the payment was successfully debited. If it was debited but hasn't arrived, email support@879jl.best with your reference number and screenshot of the transaction. Our team will investigate and credit your wallet manually if needed.

Withdrawals

GCash and Maya withdrawals from 879jl are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours after approval during operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 24 hours, while PESONet transfers can take one to two banking days. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends may be processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal at 879jl is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification in line with our compliance obligations. Contact support@879jl.best if you have questions about large withdrawals.

Common reasons include: pending identity verification (KYC) on your account, an incomplete wagering requirement on a bonus, a withdrawal request submitted outside processing hours, or a temporary hold triggered by our security systems. Check your email for any verification request from 879jl. If the issue isn't clear, contact support with your withdrawal reference number for a status update.

Yes — KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or when flagged by our compliance system. Markets are updated in real time during live games so you can place in-play bets as the action unfolds.

All 879jl games are fully playable on mobile browsers — Android and iOS. No app download is required. Just open 879jl.best in Chrome, Safari, or any modern browser on your phone, log in, and the full game lobby is available. The layout adapts automatically to your screen size, so buttons, cards, and betting interfaces all work smoothly on smaller screens.

Yes. 879jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital card and table games to ensure that all outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) dealt by trained live dealers and streamed in real time. 879jl operates under the applicable regulatory framework governing online gaming platforms in the Philippines.

Bonuses & Promotions

879jl offers a welcome bonus for new players on their first qualifying deposit. The current welcome bonus details — including the bonus amount, minimum deposit required, and wagering requirements — are listed on the Promotions page. Bonuses are credited automatically after a qualifying deposit is confirmed. Make sure to read the bonus terms before opting in.

Wagering requirements (sometimes called "rollover") specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ₱5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Each promotion's specific wagering requirement is listed clearly on the Promotions page.

The Refer a Friend programme gives you a unique referral link once you've registered. Share it with your barkada — every time someone uses your link to sign up and makes their first qualifying deposit, both you and your friend receive a reward. Log in to your 879jl account and go to the Refer a Friend section to get your link and track your referrals and earnings.

Yes. Self-exclusion is available to every 879jl player at any time, with no questions asked and no delay. Contact support@879jl.best with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request" and your account will be closed for a minimum of six months. During that period, no marketing or promotional communications will be sent to you. Your remaining verified balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

A cooling-off period is a short temporary break from your 879jl account — you can choose any duration from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During the cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The account reopens automatically when the period ends. It's a useful tool if you need a breather but aren't ready for a full self-exclusion. Activate it from your account settings or by contacting support.

Technical Support

First, check your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection — try switching between them. If the issue persists, clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page. Make sure you're visiting the correct URL: 879jl.best. Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome if you were using Safari). If the site still won't load, the issue may be on your network or ISP — try on a different connection or contact support with details of your device and browser.

If a 879jl game crashes or disconnects during a round, our system logs the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Most games will either complete the round automatically using the established game logic, or void the bet and return stakes to your wallet. Refresh the page or log back in to check your balance and transaction history. If the outcome seems wrong, contact support@879jl.best with the game name and approximate time.

879jl does not currently require a separate app download. The platform is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS — just open 879jl.best in any modern browser and it works like a native app. On Android, you can add 879jl to your home screen via Chrome's "Add to Home Screen" option for quick one-tap access. Check the Promotions page for any announcements about a future dedicated app.
