Terms and Conditions – 879jl Official Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and 879jl ("we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the 879jl website at https://879jl.best, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through the platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on 879jl, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply alongside the 879jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

879jl may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify players of material changes via email or a notice posted on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at 879jl, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

879jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend access to the account pending verification. Providing false information regarding eligibility is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 879jl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, 879jl reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any balance associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 879jl account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 879jl account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account. 879jl will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

879jl is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or when triggered by our compliance protocols. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

879jl accepts deposits through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 879jl wallet in real time under normal conditions.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be returned or flagged for investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 879jl processes withdrawal requests in good faith and aims to complete GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one banking day depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified 879jl account. 879jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 879jl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). All displayed balances, stakes, payouts, and bonus amounts are denominated in PHP.

4.4 Fees

879jl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of 879jl's control. Players are encouraged to check their payment provider's fee schedule before transacting.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, referral rewards, and promotional incentives offered by 879jl are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions below.

• Bonuses are credited to your 879jl wallet and subject to wagering requirements before any part of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• 879jl reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts — will be forfeited, and the associated account(s) may be permanently suspended.
• Referral rewards are subject to the terms outlined on the Refer a Friend page. A "qualified referral" requires your invited friend to register using your unique referral link and complete a minimum first deposit of ₱100 within 30 days of registration.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available at 879jl operate in accordance with the specific game rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game at 879jl, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game.

6.1 Game Integrity

Virtual card and table games at 879jl use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair, unbiased outcomes. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 879jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or payment information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any such instances must be reported to 879jl immediately
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using 879jl for any illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 879jl staff or other players via any communication channel
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — claiming promotions in ways not intended by their terms, including through multiple accounts or coordinated play

8. Privacy and Data

879jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering at 879jl, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications related to your use of the platform.

879jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Where data is shared with service providers — such as payment processors or KYC verification partners — it is done so under strict data processing agreements and only to the extent necessary to deliver the relevant service.

9. Responsible Gaming

879jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial or personal harm.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 879jl, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

879jl does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and security, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Gambling involves risk. 879jl does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or winning from any game or wager placed on the platform. Players participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for their gambling decisions.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

879jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms
• The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
• The player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request is received from the player or a legal guardian
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to do so

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is not due to a violation, 879jl will process a withdrawal of any remaining verifiable balance to the player's registered payment account after completing any required verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

879jl may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the 879jl platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 879jl platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should close your account and stop using the platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 879jl platform shall first be subject to an informal resolution process through our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
